I am a bit out of the loop on hardware.. but over here I don't think I would pay $1300 for a desktop machine, without monitor. Is that 447 euro for a monitor??? If so, that is outrageous.

Sounds a bit high priced to me also...

Dell is known as a pretty cheap alternative from what I know. And that sounds a bit pricey. Especially for something that will ne outdated within 6 months.
