Is there any reason that future halftime Live Betting runners could not be left up for wagering throughout the second half?

Tonight's MNF game between the Philadelphia Eagles & Washington Redskins, in which the halftime score is a lopsided 45 -14, resulting in pointspread offers of -7000 and moneyline offers of -20000, is a current example of a good opportunity to always offer halftime Live Betting throughout the second half of sports events.
